By submitting this application, you (“Applicant”) agree and consent to the following:
Use of Name, Image, and Likeness: You grant Real Leaders the irrevocable right to use your name, company name, image, likeness, voice, and submitted information (including but not limited to photos, logos, bios, and impact metrics) for editorial, promotional, and commercial purposes across all media formats now known or developed in the future.
List Inclusion and Editorial Discretion: You understand and agree that Real Leaders retains full editorial control and may, at its sole discretion, add, remove, or modify your placement on any published list or feature, including the Impact Awards, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
Accuracy and Responsibility: You represent that all information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to grant these permissions on behalf of yourself and your company (if applicable).
Hold Harmless & Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Real Leaders, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use, publication, or distribution of the submitted content or your inclusion in the Impact Awards or any related feature.
No Compensation Guarantee: You acknowledge that inclusion in the Impact Awards is honorary and does not entitle you to monetary compensation, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
